1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
  2. Condition of the Product:
    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.
    • Products showing signs of wear, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.
  3. Defective or Damaged Items:
    • If the product is damaged or defective upon delivery, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Products purchased as part of clearance sales or marked as “Final Sale.”

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

    • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

4. Refunds

  1. Processing Time:
    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
  2. Refund Method:
    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
    • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  3. Deductions:
    • Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
    • For customer-initiated returns (non-defective products), a return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
